Shipping Request - Matching Service
Shippers seeking multiple bids may place jobs up for bid using our automated Shipping Request system.  Haulers / Transport companies may directly contact the shippers and negotiate directly with your customer. - All of our members receive full unlimited access to all RFQ's placed in our system. * We typically expect between 60,000 - 100,000 Shipping Requests to be posted monthly.

What are Feedback Ratings? Haulers that are listed in our Transport Directory, can be rated by shippers.  When you have completed hauling a job found on FindAHauler.com you should encourage the shipper to leave you a feedback rating.  Haulers with positive feedback ratings will tend to be awarded hauling jobs even if they are not the "low bidder".  This feedback system is what helps haulers build a reputation within the community and be awarded jobs on the quality of their service. 

How do I communicate with shippers?  All Shipping Requests will have shippers contact information listed so you can contact the shipper directly via e-mail or telephone to quickly work out the details of the job.

How do I get paid by a shipper? You may receive payments directly from the shipper.

How do I pay FindAHauler?  When you sign up you will be able to pay your monthly membership fee via Credit Card or Paypal.  If you pay by credit card you will automatically be charged each month in order to keep your listing in our directory, and your access to our shipping requests active without interruption.  If you pay using Paypal you will have to make a manual payment each month in order to keep your account active.  There are no commissions or hidden fees.  Your low flat monthly fee gets you unlimited access to our load board and an ad in our directory.

Features

Hauler Directory - We have added a hauler directory so that shippers may contact you directly. Your listing in the directory will have a complete webpage advertising your company. You may include contact information, a link to your website, and your e-mail address so that potential shippers may quickly contact you for bids. Autonotify profiles – You may set up profiles to automatically be notified of jobs that match your criteria. Only jobs that match the criteria that you have selected will be sent to you. - Click the image to the right to view a short demo on how to use the autonotify function
Shipper’s Contact Info in RFQ’s - Our format for RFQ’s require the shipper to include his contact information including phone number. You will now be able to quickly contact the shipper by phone or e-mail. Detailed RFQ’s - Each category of merchandise will have a detailed bid form that collects more detailed information from the shipper, and is customized for each type of shipment. Each RFQ now includes information such as origin, destination, size, weight, crating, running / non running vehicles, photos of the items that need hauled, and much more. The additional detail will allow you to more quickly and accurately quote shipments.	Each RFQ has detailed information to let you quote the job quickly.  Click image for preview. Advanced Search + Filtering RFQ’s – Each category has an advanced search to allow you to quickly filter out the jobs you don’t want to bid on, and find the ones you do. For instance, if you have an open trailer, you can quickly filter our all shipments that require a closed trailer, or filter out all shipments without a loading dock. - Click the image to the right to view a short demo on how to use the advanced search function
